Since 2012, our mission at Richmond Restoration  has remained the same—to provide unparalleled service and allow our work to exceed all expectations of professionalism, integrity, and effectiveness. From the smallest and easiest job to the most strenuous, we make sure that we’re not finished until the satisfaction of our customers is met.We aim to finish each project in a timely-manner and with the highest level of quality. With a focus on personalized service, competitive rates and customer satisfaction, we’re always striving to meet and exceed industry expectations.

Our Method of Cleaning:
We use a  negative air machine with a series of air whips and air brushes to scrub each individual duct efficiently and effectively. Each register is removed, cleaned, and placed back on properly when finished. Access panels are required to clean each main duct. If access panels are not already present, we will make them in order to access the duct,t hen seal them to properly when finished.

For unit component cleaning: The blower motor is removed from the system and throughly cleaned then placed back in the system. After cleaning is completed we run the unit to ensure proper operation.  we recommend the system to be sanitized. We use an environmentally safe sanitizer which is most commonly used in HVAC systems. It neutralizes germs, bacteria, dust mites, mold, mildew, and fungus, and odors. The treatment is applied using a low volume fogger machine.

Dryer vent cleaning is completed from the outside of the house to the dryer. A specialized  compressed air tool self feeds its way to the dryer removing all the lint and and obstructions in the pipe.

If you have any additional questions or concerns about the cleaning process please feel free to contact us.
